To consider the purchase of a house 3,500 miles away in the middle of the pacific was a very big commitment. We had looked at single family property on Maui for a few years but just didn’t fined that one, got to have property. We began to seriously reconsider Hokulani Golf Villas as a possibility. Dave got us through the purchase process and assisted in preparation of documents required by the lending institutions. Dave and his team have been really great to work with to get our purchase and build of our condo in Maui. We were purchasing from out of state and he took photos of the available lots so that we could choose a view that we liked. Dave was great, he worked hard to sell our condo in Wailea. My parents first visited Maui in 1997 and got lucky enough to find Dave. He helped them buy their first place in 1998. Then my sister moved there in 2001 and used Dave as well. Through a series of events, I came into my parents' place and had to sell it this year.
